Room Additions: Master Suite & Outdoor Pavilion

This master suite addition plus outdoor pavilion beckons is the living - defined.

The master suite addition was designed to match the exterior stucco and roof, so that it looks like it was always there.  To blend the addition in, we went the extra mile and painted the entire exterior of the home, and built a transition vestibule into the new first floor master suite. The master suite, features a large soaking tub, large shower with pebble floor, and vaulted ceilings with dormers.

The upgrades continued with a full backyard landscape refresh, pool repair and a beautiful outdoor pavilion to bring it all together.   To start, we leveled the new patio with the first floor master suite and pavilion, constructed walking paths allowing full access to the backyard, and thoughtfully dispersed seating around.

The outdoor pavilion was built for entertaining and features a full kitchen, fire pit, gas heater, skylights, lighting, seating wall and bar foot rail.
