Whole House Remodels

Remodeling your entire house is a clear and thorough process with Eagle Peak Builders. We pride ourselves on transparent communication always keeping you informed on your dream home.

Turn your home into a dream home

Eagle Peak Builders will collaborate with you to turn your dreams into a home you’ll proudly call your own. Additions are seamlessly worked into your existing layout, blending together the new and old. When we begin working together, we’ll use your vision and inspirations to create drawings and 3D renderings. We’ll give you a detailed work schedule with routine status meetings and written progress reports, but we keep open communications, so you can always reach us through cell, text, and email.

Quality work by quality workers

As a licensed, bonded, and fully insured team, we stand behind our work. You’re included in all decisions, and if unexpected issues arise, we’ll provide multiple solution options with schedule and cost impacts. All construction is backed by the experience of our team members, some of whom have over 40 years of experience. Our subcontractors are just as experienced, and we only partner with licensed contractors we trust.

Our commitment to high quality means we’ll return after your project is completed to take care of any of the minor issues that might appear, which are typically adjustments. We also know many contractors outside the home remodeling trade and can refer you to skilled people for your fencing, pool, and staging needs.

Transparent and considerate workmanship

There are no surprises when you work with us, and we make remodeling as painless as possible for you and your neighbors. We provide a flier (that you pre-approve) to notify neighbors of our presence and how to contact us, so they won’t have to worry about obstructive activity and new faces. We also minimize neighborhood disruption by keeping our vehicles and equipment out of the way as much as possible.

We make life during remodeling easy by being transparent. We notify you of upcoming payments, when upcoming work requires a subcontractor or vendor, and when an order is changed or there’s a shift in project scheduling. If you choose to stay in your home during construction, we’ll tell you if there’s upcoming work that might require you to live off-site for a bit. But while you’re at home, we install temporary features to contain your construction, such as temporary but effective doorways to help you move around the job site.
