The Eagle Peak Builders Approach
~ Collaborative Construction ~
At Eagle Peak Builders, we make creating your dream home a smooth and enjoyable experience with our seven-step Collaborative Construction approach. From working closely with your architect to the day you move in, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Our process includes supporting your architect during planning, preparing detailed project specifications, providing construction estimates, obtaining necessary permits, managing structured construction phases, and completing a thorough project close-out. With over 40 years of experience, we take pride in handling every detail with care and precision, so you can feel confident and excited about your new home.
As a residential designer, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Eagle Peak Builders on two projects and counting. Thomas and his crew did a super job on a new detached ADU dug into a steep hillside. They handled complex retaining wall and drainage challenges without a hitch. Their rough framing was square and true, and the fit and finish of their trim work was impeccable. They then exceeded my expectations with their choices of finish materials, fixtures and colors. They are great to work with, and I look forward to our next project.

7 Steps to a New Home!
-
Working Closely with Your Architect of Choice — Help our Client's architect to develop plans that keep their projects within budget. Don't have an architect? We are happy to make recommendations for your consideration.
-
Architectural Drawings / Structural Engineering Support — Determine construction elements and develop a permit plan set.
-
Project Development & Specifications — Create a Professional Services Agreement to fully define the scope of work and your selection of materials & finishes. This includes detailed specifications to remove the uncertainty from an accurate and complete fixed bid.
-
Construction Estimate — Develop a detailed fixed bid by using your specifications and preferred selections.
-
Plan Submission — Submit a permit plan set to the building department that is checked by a planning architect and structural engineer, and receive a construction permit.
-
Construction — Create a detailed construction schedule with regular status meetings, including open communication throughout the process.
-
Close Out — Complete home in a condition ready for moving in that is clean and free of construction debris, and complete the lien release package.
