Craftsman New Home Build

A dilapidated ranch becomes a craftsman masterpiece in this total home rebuild.

 

This 1960’s ranch was cramped and uncomfortable, and the step-down living and dining rooms kept the house rooted in the past.

To give this home a new lease on life, we tore down the existing structure and rebuilt it from the ground up. We also expanded and leveled out the old floor system, adding on 10’ walls and craftsman-style vaulted ceilings.

 

Vaulted ceilings bring this home into the 21st century, and improved insulation ensures that drafts are a thing of the past. Outside, the newfound curb appeal makes this home the star of the street.
