Fresh and light Forever Home
Whole House Remodel

A fresh, welcoming, and lighter look has become the name of the game in this whole house remodel plus addition.

This original home was dark, weathered, and uninviting with an old brick chimney. With fresh paint, a new roof, and modern siding, the exterior of this home is now inviting and cool. The chimney was also refaced and given new life with stacked stone that matches other areas of the exterior.

The dark entryway with cumbersome steps is now breathtaking with a paved gradual walkway that leads to a fresh entry door with sidelights and Connecticut blue stone throughout.

Out back, the pool was refurbished to become a calming, welcoming space. New colored, stamped concrete adds definition while a new rock waterfall feature creates peacefulness for both the homeowners and guests. To complete the backyard makeover, LED lighting was installed on the rear porch ceiling, creating warmth and contrast to the light exterior paint color.

Inside the home remodel, solar tubes were installed in the hallway turning this dark area into a bright walkway. The master bathroom was also completely remodeled to focus on more natural lighting, creating a peaceful space that matches the client’s style and personality. The master bathroom is complete with a new double vanity that includes a window in between the sinks, a soaking tub next to a privacy window for additional natural light, and a large walk-in curbless shower.

To complete this whole home renovation project, the old 3-car garage was torn down to allow for a new 3-car garage, complete with a wine room and a man cave above.

This whole home renovation and addition project turned a once drab and dark home into one that is more welcoming than ever. The new cooler tones, natural lighting, and additional space match the client’s style and make this home inviting and fresh.
