Our client’s existing kitchen and master bath were small and dated, and the laundry area was in the garage. The Master bath was the only bathroom on the first floor, too, making entertaining a challenge.

 

To create the space our clients needed, we built an addition for a new vaulted kitchen and master suite.  The old master bath was converted into a powder room and laundry area, and the old master bedroom was transformed into a master bath. The outdated kitchen also found a new purpose, as a walk-in closet and gourmet pantry.

 

The vaulted master suite boasts a hidden TV behind sleek barn doors. And the luxurious master bath is a private sanctuary, free from guests. Sound-proof walls between the gourmet kitchen and master bedroom preserve peace and quiet, and the walk-in pantry sets this renovation apart.
