Open Concept Kitchen
Kitchen closets take on new life in this 1960’s colonial home remodel.
This 60’s colonial home was no stranger to renovations. Its previous owner had cut essential joists, putting the home’s center on shaky ground.
The segmented kitchen and step-down family room were dated too, putting the entire home in desperate need of a renovation.
To support this house’s shaky center, we re-framed the first floor, putting the home back in firm standing. We combined the closed-off kitchen with the dining room too, creating a brand new space any foodie would die for.
We reclaimed an unused closet off the gourmet kitchen for a wine bar, transforming this colonial home into a gourmet paradise.
